I also build this property. It is a spacious villa and at the outskirts of the urbanisation, so very private with nice views. The basement is huge and the layout of the house works well. The plot is a decent size with a decent areas of grass to play next to the pool. The urbanisation is not as upmarket as Quinta Verde, but it is well located in the area of Quinta do Lago.
